for an hour for two weeks は for が重複しているので、for an hour every day for two weeks に修正。１週間の節目、１週間後というとき one-week mark というので、２週間なら複数だからと two-weeks mark と深く考えずに書いたら、two-week mark に修正。難しい…。
文に魂がやどってるね、と講師から一言。それもそのはず、この文は、何度か眠すぎて寝てしまいそうになりながらも本を１時間読んだ後に書いたもの。ちなみに、「まぶたが重い」は英語でも「My eyes are heavy.」だそう。
